Too lazy after stuffing myself yesterday to join others in WS for early tide so sauntered down Llanfairfechan late morning for a quick one before storm arrived. Got a bit over 30mins before wind was too much for 4.2m but good to be out. All outside gybes came off but fluffed inshore as in wind shadow on small board. Got inside and outside gybes in on last run as wind wind got too much so packed up on a winner. OK warmth.
Last year lots down for Boxing Day dip, but not this year as windy, wide dropping, separations and most importantly bars closed.
